We are fully insured and we encourage using positive reinforcement training to reward your dog during the grooming session to ensure your dog has the best and positive experience with us.

Shiny Pets is a small grooming parlour running by Paula Lo at her house in Beswick providing 1 to 1 dog grooming service at a quiet environment with pickup and drop-off service within local areas.
Paula who has been grooming her own dogs since a very young age. She always passionate about grooming dogs and for this reason she decided to turn her passion into busines reality. She is City and Guild Level 3 qualified as Dog Grooming Stylist and can style your dog to the standard he/she deserves. She is also use to nervous and diffcult dogs and get handle them with confidence.
Paula is keen to develop her dog grooming skills and bring different styles to her customers. She is currently learning Asian styles and planning to obtain her Dog Grooming license from Japan at the end of 2019.
